Food hatch latchbolt lock for profile cylinder

Latch lock with single turn latch bolt exclusion and auxiliary latch. In the standard corridor side locking version, the lock has a mechanical bolt position indicator on the key guide side.

Functional description

The profile cylinder key is inserted into the profile cylinder.

The latch bolt is withdrawn with the profile cylinder key via one turn (360° turn). The flap can be opened.

The key can be removed with the latch bolt retracted and pre-locked.

With the latch bolt pre-locked, it is ensured that the inspection flap can be quickly thrown shut in an emergency. The auxiliary latch automatically secures the latch bolt.

Application areas

The lock type SL 201 is designed for food and inspection flaps in patient room doors. The latch bolt is withdrawn and thrown via one tour (360° key rotation). The key can be removed in locked and unlocked state.

Options

DB | DIN direction: right and left

Bolt locks that close on both sides can be used for both DIN right and DIN left doors. A specification when ordering is not required here. This applies e.g. to lock types HSL 101 and HSL 301 with feature S2.

AS | Removal barrier

The removal barrier prevents unauthorised removal of the lock when the door is open. The lock can only be removed when the locking elements are locked. Ergo, the double-bit key is absolutely necessary.

PS | Production lock (dummy lock without tumbler lock mechanism)

Dummy lock available for door production without security features. The production lock will be charged. After a faultless return (inspection by STUV Prison Solutions), the amount minus shipping costs will be refunded or charged.
