Compact deadbolt lock for surface mounting

Surface mounted lock for detention room doors with single turn bolt throw with bolt position indicator. As a replacement lock for old locks from third party manufacturers.

Functional description

The mechanical detention lock HSL C902K is lockable from corridor side only and is equipped with a reliable HSL locking mechanism. The deadbolt providing a throw of 20 mm.

Unlocking by turning the HSL key 180°, which unlocks the integrated locking mechanism and retracts the bolt. The key can be removed when the bolt is fully retracted.

Locking takes place when the bolt is fully extended by turning the HSL key 180°.

The lock can be used for retrofitting (1:1 replacement) of old locks from third-party manufacturers.

The lock has an anti-disassembly device.

Re-coding the lock

The locking mechanism can be re-coded to a different locking when it is unlocked (bolt retracted). This requires a key of the current locking and a key of the future locking.

Application areas

The detention room lock type HSL C902K is designed as a replacement lock (retrofitting) for other makes and is mainly used on detention room doors. Locking and unlocking achieved using mechanical HSL key. Key operates from corridor side only. The key can be removed in locked and unlocked state.
